Dr. Elena Agudio

The focus of Dr. Agudio's academic research and curatorial activity has been on multidisciplinary, feminist-critical, intersectional, and community-engaged approaches to contemporary art, art history, and art theory. Central to her research is an attention to the expansion of the geo-politics of artistic canons beyond Western epistemologies, beyond racist and patriarchal structures, and disciplinary boundaries.
