2022 California Primary Election

Election season is here in California! Since the 2018 Midterm elections, the Hammer has been an official Vote Center for every major election in the United States. This year, the Hammer continues to be an official Vote Center for the California Primary Election, including primaries for the state’s governor, U.S. Senate, and other races.
Every election presents an opportunity for voters to engage in the democratic process. When you vote, you are sending a message to legislators and politicians on the issues and laws that are important for the well-being of you and your communities.
Regardless of where you live in Los Angeles, you can vote at any Vote Center. Vote Centers also serve as a Vote by Mail Ballot Drop Box Location—no need to wait, simply drop off your voted ballot.
Register to vote and learn more about the upcoming elections at lavote.gov.
For UCLA students, the Hammer Museum is a close by Vote Center to the campus. The UCLA Registrar's Office has a collection of voter and legislative information for students.
